Prerequisites: Knowledge and skills necessary to write the final thesis at bachelor’s level. Additional Comment: This course can be selected by the student provided that : 1. The student has contacted the supervisor of the thesis by him/herself before the mobility and the teacher has agreed to supervise the student in writing. 2. The departmental coordinators of the sending and host institutions have been informed about the teacher/student agreement in due time. 3. The project objectives and the content have been consulted and approved by the supervisors at both institutions before the mobility of the student.

Short description: The aim of the course is to prepare by a student of bachelor’s dissertation meeting the requirements of the diploma thesis in the field of land management
Full description: The content of education includes determining the purpose and scope of the thesis and detailed tasks (concept, design, statistical analysis of data). Collection and analysis of materials necessary to implement the thesis (literature, database analysis and preparation of own, field work). Adoption of the appropriate methodology and setting the work schedule. Implementation of works, preparation and analysis of results. Editorial work.
Bibliography: Literature and documentation relevant to the subject of diploma thesis. Regulations necessary for this thesis.
Learning outcomes: Knowledge Student knows the sources of scientific and technical-engineering information in the field of land management. The student has advanced knowledge necessary to prepare the diploma thesis The student knows the consequences of violating third party copyright. Skills Student is able to draw knowledge from many sources and properly refer the obtained information also in a foreign languages. He/she is able to integrate the information obtained, interpret it, formulate logical and justified conclusions and opinions, and prepare a text containing a discussion of the results of this task. He can prepare bachelor’s thesis. Social competences Student understands the need for systematic improvement of professional qualifications. Is aware of the importance of knowledge in solving practical and cognitive problems related to the profession . He/she understands the non-technical aspects of the proposed design and conceptual solutions, in particular for society and the environment. Understands the spatial effects of decisions.
